Restore + Reconnect is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world, and return to yourself.

This weekend retreat at Parohe on Kawau Island has been curated by Georgia to hold you, just as you are.

Throughout the retreat, I’ll be offering one-on-one craniosacral therapy sessions - a gentle, restorative space to rest deeply, integrate, and support whatever is arising for you over the weekend and in your life.

It’s a joy to be holding space alongside Georgia, whose work I deeply admire.
