Using light, reverential touch, this deeply restorative
practice meets you exactly where you are, with no pressure
and no expectations - just a quiet space to breathe,
soften, and let healing happen.
This incredible modality helps ease tension, soothe the nervous system, and encourage the unobstructed movement of fluids, tissues, and joints. Rather than forcing change, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy creates the perfect conditions for your body to let go of what it no longer needs - whether that’s physical pain, emotional holding, or the effects of long-term stress.
Many people come to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy for relief from headaches and migraines, joint and muscular pain, anxiety, inflammation, trauma, autoimmune conditions, or feelings of burnout.
Others are simply looking for a space to drop into deep rest and reset their system.
Whatever your reason, each session offers a unique opportunity for reconnection and repair,
bringing your body back into a state of natural equilibrium.
It’s a therapy that meets you exactly where you are, with no pressure and
no expectations - just a quiet space to breathe, soften, and let healing happen.

biodynamic craniosacral therapy
Sometimes, healing asks for more than a single moment of stillness - it invites us to return,
again and again, to the quiet places within.
For those who feel called to deepen their experience of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I have a selection
of offers that make ongoing sessions both more accessible and more intentional.
If this feels like something you’d like to explore, I’d love to sit with you
in conversation and find what best supports you in this moment.

People come to this work for many different reasons, ailments and/or dis-ease. Some seek relief from headaches or migraines, digestive discomfort, joint and muscular tension, TMJ, TMD – Temporo-mandibular Joint Dysfunction, Tinnitus, PTSD, insomnia, hormonal shifts, autoimmune conditions, vertigo, trauma, or feelings of anxiety and burnout. Others simply long for a place of deep rest - a reset for their nervous system. Every reason is welcome, and the work meets you exactly where you are.
-
Before your first appointment, I’ll send you a health history form to fill in at your own pace. This gives me a sense of your background and what has brought you here. We’ll begin your session by talking through this together, giving space for anything you’d like to share.
You’ll then lie fully clothed on the treatment table, usually on your back, though side-lying or seated is also possible if that feels more comfortable. I will rest my hands lightly, often beginning at your feet, and follow the subtle guidance of your system - meeting the places that are calling for attention, integration, or support.
Every session is client-led and unfolds uniquely, at the pace your body is ready for.
-
Comfort is key. Wear clothing that allows you to fully relax while lying/sitting on the table - soft, loose layers are ideal. You’ll remain clothed for the entire session, and blankets are always on hand if you’d like extra warmth.
-
Sometimes sessions unfold in quiet stillness, other times there may be gentle conversation. You are always welcome to speak, ask questions, or rest in silence. The space is yours to inhabit in whatever way feels supportive.
-
Your comfort, safety, and consent are central to the work. You’re welcome to let me know at any point if something doesn’t feel right, if you’d like to stop, or if you’d like to share what you’re experiencing. All feedback is welcome - your body sets the pace.
-
Everyone integrates differently. You may feel a sense of lightness, ease, or deep rest. At times, emotions may surface, or you may feel tired, energised, or tender. These are all natural signs that your system is processing and rebalancing.
I suggest allowing yourself time to rest, nourish, and move gently - perhaps with a walk, a bath, or quiet reflection. The effects of a session can continue to unfold for 24–48 hours. If you feel unsettled or have questions, you are always welcome to reach out. -
This work is not a quick fix - it’s about supporting your body’s innate capacity to return to balance. For some, a single session feels complete. For others, a series of 3–6 sessions (weekly or fortnightly) offers deeper support. Long-term clients often choose regular monthly sessions as part of their ongoing self-care.
We will explore what feels right for you together, and adjust as your needs shift. I have a selection of restorative offerings.
Above all, know that you are stepping into a space of gentleness, presence, and deep listening.
Each session is an invitation to come home to yourself - in your own time, in your own way.
